What is the warranty on CO-Series locks, AD-Series locks, AD-Series wireless and networked products and peripherals?

CO-Series locks, AD-Series locks, AD-Series Reader Modules, WPR400, WRI400, WSM400, TK400, CT5000, PIM400, PIM401, PIB300, and PIB301 are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, not to exceed 24 months from the date of shipment from the factory.


Warranty repair or replacement is managed through the Authorized Allegion Schlage Dealer or Distributor that provided the product for the end user customer.

Warranty repair or replacement is not directly provided to the end user, although Toll Free product support is provided at: 877-671-7011. 


Warranty status can be verified using the original Schlage Order (SO) number from a product identification label. 

Also, an invoice from the dealer or distributor can be used to track and validate warranty status.
