Schlage Utility Software (SUS) is not synchronizing door file information when connected to the lock

  • When synchronizing door files to the HHD  ensure that the SUS is not running.
  • Make certain the proper sync folder location is properly configured in the Schlage express software
  • Verify cable properly connected, try second.
  • Ensure SUS software is set for automatic , or programming of lock will need to be explicitly selected.
