On the Engage platform locks, pending indicators (!) are still showing up after syncing to the door.

  • If a pending indicator sticks around after a sync it usually means there’s more changes that it needs to download from the database and a quick sync was not enough. The first thing you should try is a Long press sync. Press and hold the sync button so that you request a full database download. (This may take a while)
  • If that does not work it may be that the device requires a firmware update.
  • You can also make a change to user or credential that has access to that lock, then perform a sync to it.  That will remove the pending indicator.
