How do you set the AD-400 or AD-300 Keypad Output Format?

How do you set the AD-400 or AD-300 Keypad to 4 or 8 bit burst? 
How do you set the AD-400 or AD-300 Keypad  to Wiegand output? 
How do you set the AD-400 or AD-300 Keypad Output Format?


Use the HHD and latest SUS version to support the most recent lock options provided by the AD-400 or AD-300 lock firmware.

After the AD-400 or  AD-300 lock has been coupled to the HHD, select Device Options, select Lock Properties,  select Reader tab, at bottom of Reader options list, set Keypad Output Format Mode Number to match ACP requirements, then save your changes.

For Card + PIN Data Bits output formats (Keypad Output Format Modes 1- 6, 8 - 11) (4 bit burst options Modes 1&2, 8 bit burst options Modes 3&4)

For Wiegand Emulation 26 bit output format (Output Format Mode 7), additionally providing 0 - 255 facility code as required (Provides Card OR PIN as card emulation)

For Wiegand Emulation 32 bit output format (Output Format Mode 12) (Provides Card OR PIN as card emulation)

Note: Confirm with your Access Control Vendor which Keypad Output Format Mode matches their requirements to support Card + PIN or  Card OR PIN as card Wiegend Emulation.
