CL12 Invisible latch is stuck in closed position, how can it be released?
There is no easy way of releasing a stuck latch. Beware that damage to door and or lock may be needed to free up door. It is VERY important to follow the installation instructions and ensure the proper gap is maintained, the primary cause of these latches getting stuck, because one has to push the door into the latch far enough to flip the release mechanism.
If there is a way to reach the inside area of behind the door, then it may be possible to remove the screws and remove the latch.
Otherwise, the lock or door may be damaged in order to free the door and latch.
