The UL fire label is only applied to the device center case cover at the factory when the device is built.  This label can not be sold or replaced with a new one.
The Von Duprin Guard-X exit device is not fire rated because the deadbolt is not spring loaded. Therefore, there would be no positive latching as required on a fire rated opening.
