What is the standard memory level for a biometric F-series HP-3000-E-XL?

The biometric F-series HandPunch 3000-XL, the HandPunch 3000-E-XL, and the HandPunch 4000 are all "Break Compliant" hand reader models.  Each of these hand readers utilizes an Extended User Record.  It is within the extended user record that the lock out features and information necessary to manage break compliance are stored.  Since these hand readers require the extended user record, the standard memory level is 530 users for the HP-3000-XL, the HP-3000-E-XL, and the HP-4000-F3.
