What fire ratings are available on DW-Series Borrowed Lights?

DW-Series Fire Rated Borrowed Lights are available in the following sizes:

1. 60 minute (1 hour) rating = 2721 square inches of visible glass.
• maximum frame rabbet to rabbet dimensions = 78 1/4" width x height
• these assemblies must use special listed glazing
2. 45 minute (3/4 hour) rating = 1296 square inches of visible glass.
• maximum frame rabbet to rabbet dimensions = 55 1/4" width x height
• all glasses types can be used
3. 20 minute (1/3 hour) w/out hose stream = 3307 square inches of visible glass.
• maximum frame rabbet to rabbet dimensions w/h 72" width x height
• all glasses types can be use

All frames with one (1) glass light opening. Vertical and/or horizontal mullions (dividing the borrowed light into smaller windows) are not approved.

DW-Series Fire Rated Borrowed Lights include KD (Knock Down) corner construction.

DW-Series Fire Rated Borrowed Lights are Fire Windows
