Because of the secure features, CTE only operates with a Schlage MT11-485 or MT15-485 wall reader.
The CTE is only sold as a KIT which includes the choice of MT11-485, narrow mullion, or MT15-485, square wall, with color options, Black, Grey, Brown or Cream.
The communication bus between CTE and the Schlage MT-485 reader is secure and a high data rate.
Only the new version of the Schlage MT11-485 or MT15-485 readers, with firmware version 19 (HEX) (25.06 Decimal) or higher, will function with CTE. The firmware version is on the MT-485 product label.
Use only the reader provided with the CTE KIT, or new service replacements.
ORDER the CTE as below, indicating reader type, color and any optional factory configuration is needed.
