The KP2000e is a medium duty single gang mount keypad that has plastic buttons that are illuminated. Not recommended for installations where the keypad will be abused or subject to a harsh environment. Great for areas where this is low light or darkness.
The KP2000em is a heavy duty single gang mount keypad that has metal buttons with braille. This keypad will hold up better in a harsh environment.
