No DC output from Power Supply

If a power supply is not outputting DC power, 12 or 24VDC at the Power supply main board lower right terminals ( DC+ DC-), there are several potential causes.

·         Legacy Power Supplies (500-series):

o    Check AC wire connections and make sure wires are connected properly and receiving proper AC incoming voltage:

§  Black - Line

§  Green - Ground

§  White - Neutral

o    Check the 4 Ampere “Slo Blo” Fuse.  If it has blown, it will need replacement.

o    Ensure EIR is properly configured or jumpered.  See product documentation for proper setup.

·         Current power supplies (900-series)

o    Check for illuminated “AC” LED.  If not illuminated:

§  Check AC wire connections and make sure wires are connected properly and receiving proper AC incoming voltage:

·         Black - Line

·         Green - Ground

·         White - Neutral

§  Check the 4 Ampere “Slo Blo” Fuse.  If it has blown, it will need replacement.

o    If no 900-FA option board is present, ensure FA jumper is in place.

o    If 900-FA option boards are present, ensure 900-FA terminals FA1 and FA2 have closure.
