Ives 8400 kickplates now ship with standard beveled 4 edges and countersunk holes.

As of November 2, 2015, all Ives kickplates will now come standard with beveled 4 edges and countersunk holes with no added charges to the base square inch price of the 8400 Commercial grade kickplates.

By having countersinks in the face of the 8400 kickplate, mounting screws will now sit more flush preventing unwanted snagging of objects. Also, the potentially sharp edges of a non-beveled kickplate offering have been removed by the now standard beveled four edges. The old Ives designation of B4E has been replaced with a simple “B” designation.

Inquiries for the non-beveled and non-countersunk models should be directed to the engineering specials group.
