In order to get both the inside and outside pulls on a single line item, specify with a PR ("pair") prefix, and the appropriate suffix for back-to-back mounting option (J, N, or P) based on the pull used, the door thickness, and type of door involved.
J mount is used on smaller diameter pulls pulls on doors that are at least 1 1/2" thick.
N mount is used on larger diameter pulls on doors that are at least 1 1/2" thick
P mount is used on 1/2" thick glass doors.
Reference the page for specific pulls in the catalog or there is a page in the price book (page 68 in the 7/2020 revision of price book 8) listing which pulls use the different mounting options.
