The Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt works with Apple HomeKit. That means that remote access is available through HomePod, Apple TV (4th generation ), or iPad (iOS 10.0 or higher). Your chosen Apple HomeKit hub must be within Bluetooth range of your lock – approximately 40 feet in most situations – and stay powered on, connected to WiFi at all times. You will also need to set up your Apple HomeKit hub using the same iCloud and iTunes account information as your iPhone.
