Are the AD Series wireless products UL, Plenum Rated?

The AD Series wireless family of products are NOT UL plenum rated. 

    Because the AD Series wireless products contain a 900 MHz radio, they cannot be in a metal box or obstructed by metal like ceiling grid framing, duct work, pipes or conduit.

The AD Series offline CT5000 controller is NOT UL plenum rated

    Because the AD Series offline CT5000 is housed in a plastic enclosure, it does not pass the Plenum, requirement

The AD Series online PIB-300 is NOT UL plenum rated

    Because the AD Series online PIB-300 is housed in a plastic enclosure, it does not pass the Plenum, requirement

Plenum rating requires UL 2043 approval, which is the UL requirement for installation in what is considered to be air-handling spaces – plenums - such as above the suspended ceiling and below the floor.

The AD Series wirless products were not tested to the plenum UL 2043 requirements because their plastic box enclosure(s), will fail the Plenum evaluation

The AD Series WPR-400 and WRI-400 and PIM400-1501 versions are not Plenum rated
